Mistakes to Avoid When Buying a New Car

Buying a new car can be an exciting process, but it comes with a great financial commitment. There are several things you have to do for finding the best car in the market. While you have many options from different car manufactures, finding the right one is the real concern. Here we make the car buying process easier for you by allowing you to know some common mistakes that most people make while buying their first car.

Not doing proper research
This is the first mistake most people make while looking for a new car. Proper research is crucial to filter through several options in the market. Thus, you should not make this mistake and do extensive research on the market. Make a list of your requirements and read online reviews about some specific car models in the market and then shortlist a few options as per your requirements.

Not sticking to the budget
Most people look forward to buying their dream car and they cross the level of the set budget which is the wrong approach. Remember, buying a car is a financial commitment and thus, you must decide carefully. You have to decide a certain budget and stick to it before you start searching for a car. For instance, Maruti Suzuki Swift is worth its Swift Dzire car price and might be a great pick for those who are looking for a car that is affordable and practical in terms of fuel economy, space, and style.

Not test driving the car
Most people already make up their mind on a certain car and they decide to buy it without having a test drive. However, it is important for you to avoid such mistakes and realise the importance of test driving a car. When you test drive a car, make sure to check the interiors properly and try the dashboard functions to check how they work.

So, these are some common mistakes you need to avoid when choosing a car. Make sure you purchase your car from a leading brand to rest assured about its maintenance and care. For instance, Maruti Suzuki Swift offers an impressive mileage, comes at a great price point, and its annual service cost is affordable too.

You must keep in mind that a commercial vehicle is meant to fulfil all business-related needs. A truck bought as a result of the hurried decision can drive your business towards more troubles than profits. Thus, it is crucial to keep various important points in mind while looking for a good mini truck for your business needs. Here is a brief guide to help you out and make your truck buying process easy.

Extensive research

The first step is to do proper research of the market and evaluate all the available options, and this is where most people fail. Shortlist a few mini loading trucks from reputed brands, compare their key features and strengths, and then choose the one that best satisfies your commercial needs. Make sure you select a truck that has certified service centres in your city.

Budget
It is any day a vital thing to consider when you are looking forward to buying a commercial vehicle because it involves a hefty amount of money. The best way to set a budget would be to assess your business requirements first and then visit online portals that enlist various models along with their prices and features. By doing so, you will be able to check prices, features, and then set a budget accordingly.

Durability
After you have set a budget and shortlisted a few options, make sure you check them for durability. The durability of the mini truck is crucial. Read online reviews and feedbacks. Talk to the people who already own the vehicle. Make sure the truck is durable enough to deliver in extreme conditions.

Check the vehicle thoroughly
No matter which brand or model you are picking for your commercial vehicle, you must inspect the vehicle thoroughly. It will help you to spot any issue in the cabin, tyre, hood and the body of the truck before getting the final delivery. Check the vehicle vigilantly and ensure there is no single scratch.

So, these are some important points you must consider while looking for a good mini loading truck. Make sure you pick the correct size as per your business requirements.

Importance of BS6 Norm for Car Owners in India

In 21st century, air pollution has been on the rise due to massive industrial toxins, emissions from vehicles, and burning up of agricultural waste in India. The condition of the air quality has deteriorated dramatically in metropolitan cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and the like. To combat this problem, Bharat Stage Emission Standards (BSES) have been set up by the government. The first emission norm, BS1, was introduced in 2000, following which several other norms came into effect. BS4 was enforced across the country by 2017, but with rapidly increasing emissions in the environment, the government decided to enforce BS6 in 2020.

Why is BS6 Stage 6 Norm Important?
B6 is a norm that will significantly reduce the amount of emissions each car emits in the air. With this, the purity of the air in Indian skies is set to improve, thus reducing respiratory diseases among people, improving the condition of the ozone layer, allowing flora and fauna to flourish, etc. This would be possible because BS6 cars will emit less amount of NOx, particulate matter, NMHC (non-methane hydrocarbons) and other pollutants. Hence, the enforcement of BS6 for car manufacturing in India is a positive step for reducing air pollution in the country.

What is the Difference between BS6 Compliant and BS6 Ready Cars?
Since the BS6 implementation announcement was made in 2018 by the Supreme Court of India, customers across the country have been inquisitive. One of the most common queries is about the difference between BS6 compliant and BS6 ready cars. In the case of the former, cars by popular manufacturers like Maruti Suzuki BS6 compliance is possible in certain cars as their making and mechanics work that way. While in the case of the latter, BS6 ready cars are manufactured in adherence to BS6. Thus, purchasing a car in 2020 should only be done if it is BS6 ready or at least compliant.

The importance of BS6 cannot be understated as the condition of India’s air quality needs immediate attention. Thus, this particular emission norm can help reduce the amount of toxins present in the environment immensely.
