The third-gen Maruti Suzuki Dzire has recently got a facelift that gives the sedan an enhanced look. While the all-new Dzire already had a BS6 petrol engine, now it also gets a new and better Dual Jet petrol engine. Let us know more about it:
Looks
The most visible change in the new Dzire is its new front fascia. The front grille and the air dam are integrated into one design, giving the sedan a sporty look. Other than this, the front fog lamp has also been restructured that gives it a much sophisticated and chic look. The sedan gets a whole-new look with its dual-tone alloy wheels.
Performance
Now, the all-new Maruti Suzuki Dzire comes with an improved 1.2-litre Dual Jet petrol engine. The engine is much more powerful as compared to the previous version. It can churn out the maximum power of 66 kW @ 6000 rpm while the torque goes up to 113 Nm @ 4400 rpm. The new petrol engine also comes with an idle stop-start that adds up to the convenience factor and even improves fuel efficiency. Talking about the mileage, Dzire offers an impressive mileage of 24.12 km/l.
Interiors
Once you hop in the sedan, you will be able to come across the various features that it offers. While the Dzire automatic variants come with features like Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and hill-hold control, some of the other standard features include 4.2-inch TFT multi-information display, the updated 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, LED projector headlamps, rear AC vents, and push-button engine start.
